1．进入Control Panel（控制面版），打开Regional and Language Options（区域与语言选项）
2．切换到Languages（语言）选项，在Supplemental language support（附加的语言支持）里勾选上Install files for East Asian languages（为东亚语言安装文件）*可能会要求重启。
3．接下来在Regional Options（区域选项）选项里，在Standards and formats（标准和格式）中的下拉选项中选择Chinese（PRC）（中文（中国）），在Location（位置）下拉选项中选择china（中国）。
4．在Advanced（高级）选项卡Language for non- programs（非Unicode程序的语言）中下拉选项中选择 Chinese（PRC）（中文（中国）），并在Default user account settings（默认用户帐户设置）中勾选上的Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile（将所有设置应用于当前用户和默认用户配置文件）。
5．点OK（确定）保存设置，然后重启。
